They have been looked at already with the Japanese release. That's how we know already about them. But we know you guys want to experiment with them too, which is why we did not outright ban them in the first place with the exception of Excadrill + Sand Stream and Kingdra + Drizzle.
Excadrill and Kingdra are fine without their respective weather moves; Sandstorm and Rain Dance.

Only a few of you guys looked at it from the Japanese version, not like the majority have. I guess I could understand better if a majority felt that way about banning the exceptions as you stated. But nonetheless, at least it's not like Excadrill and Kingdra are banned with their weather conditions, that would have been worse. So, it's all good.

Yes you can. Just not Kingdra with Swift Swim + Drizzle.

well i think minccino with the technician ablility should be banned because say for instance you teach it fury swipes and it has the ablility technician and it hits all five times the base power for fury swipes is 18 so 18*1.5*5=135 base power

Please try to refrain from double posting. Instead, use the edit button.
Also, that is based on luck. Chances are most of the time you won't be hitting all 5 hits. And even if we ban Minccino, we'd have to ban Persian as well since it also has Fury Swipes and Technician. Fury Swipes is also limited in type coverage, as steel/rock types are common and ghosts are fairly common.
Plus, 135 Base Power is strong, but there are moves that are 140+.
