Sorry to say this but Bidoof is not the worst. Male Combee is worst shiny lol. Bidoof is still a little annoying to get for most I'd use him lol. I consider using any lower tiers to be as dif as possible.

no worries, it was a good battle all the same. I'm surprised that rocky can tank these hits. it has absolutely no defense EVs and i think it has like 7 def IVs
