All chosen type pokemon are no longer weak to that weakness. Finally, any pokemon in the party can learn any move of the chosen type (TMs, Move Tutors, etc).

Your foes have a 75% chance of burn and a 50% chance of having any armor they're wearing incinerated. This attack has +2 priority over all other trainer actions.
