Indeed they are the best. I just can't believe he has a catch rate of 3, the lowest you can get.

He is sorta a legend though and steel pokemon always seem hardedt to catch.

You are right, I take it back, it's normal for a legend to have a catch rate of 3. What's really strange is that Dialga and Palkia have a catch rate of 30.

EDIT: Is there a list of catch rates? Or do you go page by page on serebii?

Alright, I think I'm going to chain some shiny dittos after I get your Impish.
I just use Serebii, but I'm sure a list wouldn't be hard to find.
