can i use a team of all say saybleye 4 my gym team?
i know what it says in the rules but does that aply to gym leaders/e4
if it does okay fine
also if i get the gym am i allowed to ignore rules and make ones
that are purley mine and dont have to follow the other battle rules?

To an extent. I think that the species clause remains though...I'm not sure. You have quite a bit of leeway as long as you make it fair.
