I decided to re-visit my favorite pokemon reporter's channel on youtube. He's known as Gaincarloparimango11. So guess what I find in his channel? you guessed it. Yea I gotta say a couple things.
I love the look of these trainers. For the exception of the girls hair, it's too large; but besides that she's ok. The boy one looks so much like me, i'm not joking. Not to mention i'm hearing that they are going to be like 16-18 age. About time. I'm tired of those 10 year old kids. More about the trainers. I don't know about you... But don't these 2 seem more like they are American compared to the others?

Yes they do Neutral. They're much less quirky than the other trainers. There's been a rumor that this region isn't going to be close to any of the others, so there's a possibly it's set in the US. Maybe L.A. or New York? That combined with older protagonist and a real story could really breath some life into the series.

If this isn't taking place in Japan. Then yes I would have to agree with you on the New York claim. If it's not there it will probably be Florida; considering the peninsula look.

I hope it is different enough. I think they realize there key audience is growing up, along with new ones coming in. Based on what I see mainly 16+ play this game and actually really play it for longer then like 10 hrs lol. Also I am gonna be shunned or stoned or something but I really like her hair. But ya the trainer design is much nicer and they seem adult like,

Serebii posted some more scans from corocoro. I looks like the battle animations are pretty much the same as the last gen :/
