After a week of voting, the final results for enacting a permanent Stealth Rock clause were 8 to 5 in favor of the ban. This means that from now on, SR clause will be common law in all official PLO matches. You are of course free to do whatever you want in fun matches, but it should be assumed that the SR rule is in effect unless explicitly stated before the match begins.
