Yea yea I know, first time I made an announcement in awhile. Well, this is what I have to talk about.
1) Austins disappearance; He's been gone for a good month now. Pretty soon it's going to be 2 months. I am suggesting that I should now take over as the sites owner pretty soon. However, this will be discussed. As I will not do this unless everybody else is worthy of letting this go through.
2) The lack of activity; I am starting to think this was my fault since I was pretty busy. However, I am now back on my feet and will take action once again. The advertisement plan will continue and go through. Also; I will soon make plans for our affiliate, advertisement thread, and clean up the forum a bit for better presentation.
3) Staff related; I am very thankful that I am working with such a well prepared staff team, kudos to you. However, we will probably need 1 or 2 new moderators soon. This will be discussed about in the staff council. Along with that will be a promotion which I would like to keep in the suspense for now.
That's all for now. Again, I apologize for my unexplained absence for a bit.

I'm fine with the takeover, and I'd also like to join the staff, so put me on the list to join. Also, as I mentioned in the Advertising topic, I've been trying to get people I know IRL to join here.

As I said, yea. Also, I think a Poll should be made for the Staff, but the cut off time should be short, say a day or two, to elimante the more inactive people.

Neut just about everyone who is active is probaly perfectly fine with it, but I think you are right about asking everyone. Also, theres like five non staff that are still active. Also love the affilate thing, where are gonna apply? *NOTE* Seyla, if still active (doesn't know...) deserves to become a mod....

The affiliate acts like an "mini banner" for our forum. What it does is, it will be clickable along with many other affiliates on an Affiliate Table. Something that most really busy forums have available, usually on the bottom. Once clicked, it brings you here. Basically it's small advertisement. However, actual pure advertisement proves to be a lot more effective. However, affiliates are always good as well.
Also, the new staff are going to be nominated according to what the staff team decides on. Saying "I want to be a staff" will not cut it.

You mean... Where are we going put our affiliate at? I will try browsing around to see what's available. I know of this one place, however, i'm not sure if they our active anymore.

I know I've been disappearing, and I'm sorry. I'm fine with Neutral continuing to run things, however I would like to keep admin and still be a part of the community when able.
