Gym leaders are a very important element to the PLO. Just my suggestion is to maintain the 8 gym badges rule for consistency, and just continue to reach out to individuals. I spoke to a few people from my Xbox Live crew to join and I keep bugging them about it everyday until they come on here. Then I have three female co-workers who are friends of mine, but good Pokemon trainers to come on this website as well, and they will look into it, but I will be on them about it. It's just I can appreciate the hard work and dedication it took to be build a website such as this and geared toward Pokemon as well? You can't get no better than PLO.
I have gave thought to trying out to become a gym leader, but for right now I will remain a challenger of the league until more come challengers come out here. I even posted on my facebook page, Challengers Wanted: PLO WANTS YOU!!! I did it to be funny but serious at the same time.
