Powerful Team Help

I am trying to make a new team but i'm having difficulty deciding who to put into it, the types i want to include are steel, psychic and dark.
My team currently consists of Metagross, Tyranitar and Honchcrow, the big question is who else should i add? I have a evd absol i dont use. I would like to hear your opinion on who else to add to make a super strong team. Thank you.

Psychic types are hard, but maybe Alakazam? It's fast and strong, but it can't really take a hit.

Mr. Mime has great special attack, special defense, AND speed. To boot, he also has Soundproof, which means he can't be roared out. Great Baton Pass user, and I really wish he was more viable in higher tiers.
