Shouldn't we begin with pokemon that aren't banned on the site?

Defensive Shuffler Impish/Careful Overgrow 252hp, 6atk, 252sp def Leftovers
Coil Dragon Tail Leaf Blade Iron Tail/Return/Pursuit
Basically designed to shuffle your opponents team around and rack up passive damage. Coil makes you harder to kill and ensures Dragon Tail doesn't miss, Dragon Tail keeps anything from setting up on you and also adds damage, Leaf Blade for STAB, any of Serperior's other physical moves for coverage, tough they're mostly just filler.
Partners include anything that can set up entry hazards, especially toxic spikes. This set LOVES TS support. Possibly Tentacruel who can take fire and bug attacks for Serperior and who Serperior can take electric and ground attacks for in turn. This set can also help soften up foes for a late game sweeper like Salamence or Lucario.
Sub-seed-snake Timid Overgrow 6hp, 252sp atk/def/hp (your choice), 252spd Leftovers
Substitute Leech Seed Giga Drain Hidden Power Fire/Calm Mind
Serperiors awesome speed stat make it a great candidate for sub-seeding. Leech Seed and Substitute are the crux of this set. Get something seeded and then continue to sub down while it dies slowly. Giga Drain adds even more recovery if you get a chance to use it. The last spot depends on what you want to do. HP fire adds a bit of coverage against grass types that switch in to ruin your fun, while Calm Mind gives you a chance at a sweep. You can focus the EVs on attack or one of the defense depending on your preferences.
