Pre-planning for Region 3 is underway. We've decided to move forward in time, but the question is how far forward. We'd like to get your opinions before we make our final decision.
Note #1: Timeline WILL NOT effect your ability to continue your existing character. So don't let that worry you.
Note #2: If you vote for 'OTHER' Explain what time you want and why. If your idea gains support, we'll consider adding it.

Region 3 should be entirely fresh new, so modern is more better as it gives more opportunities.

I chose the future as well to expand the choices we may have with transportation and weaponry as well as countries and other such boundaries leaving room for some creativity.
