Faye is a relatively optimistic person, who is adamant about her beliefs. She has green eyes and light brown hair. Burn marks cover most of her body, and a mosaic of scars runs up her arms and down to her back as well.
Having lived most of her life in the wilderness among the wild pokemon surrounding Blackthorn City, Faye grew alone with a resevered nature toward other people, but with a deep love for the pokemon of the world. One day, however, a secret organization invaded the forest that was her home and burned it down systematically sweeping away any pokemon that had lived there. The organization found her, and took Faye under their wing as a recruit where she learned the skills of the organization all the while planning her revenge on them for destroying her home. Faye escaped one day with a pokemon that, out of chance, had been listed for the experimental catalyst project. Many pokemon that were submitted for the procedure never survived. The pokemon, Houndour, had been treated cruelly and their bond was off to a rocky start, but both were free to begin a new life.
In Kanto, Faye had sworn to get her revenge on Kitsune. However, she met Ninja and Zero, two members of Kitsune, unbeknownst to her, and befriended them. However, during an attempt to stop Oni's vile hostage operation, Faye died along with Ninja. In the underworld, she discovered Ninja's affiliation with Kitsune, but instead of seeking revenge, forgave Ninja. They were resurrected soon enough and proceeded to bring down both Oni and Kitsune. Zero, however, distanced himself from them and brought a terrible tradegy down upon himself. Seeking to help her friend, Faye sought out the help of legendary pokemon with Ninja, Zero and Sean. The legendary pokemon agreed to help them and together, they vanquished Giratina. Soon after destroying Kitsune, the group built a house on the island where Giratina died. Zero ended up the Champion of Kanto and Ninja and Faye, together.
Seeking an end to the montrous nightmares that had plaqued her since her death, Faye traveled to Iilac with Ninja and the others only to immediately fall prey to a cult known as the Disciples of Disorder. Under their control for nearly a month, Faye's spirit was broken. Finally, after betraying Ninja and the others, Faye's usefullness had ended and was going to be sentenced to death. However, Black sought out the group and rounded them up for a rescue. Faye was saved, but her spirit was still broken. After many other challenges and trials, Faye regained her fiery compassion. However, growing tired with America, Faye and Nina sought out Cresselia, who was able to end their nights of endless nightmares. They both traveled home afterward, happy and ready to begin the rest of their lives together.
