This one isn't much of a contest. Mewtwo is still one of the most powerful pokemon ever to exist. He splatters Zam's brains all over the wall within 2 minutes.

I chose Alakazam, for two reasons:

One; He isn't uber, and can actually be used within reason.

Two; LOOK AT THAT 'STACHE!! It makes Mario jealous!
