So I had a thought last night for a new tier we could try out in fun battles here. For lack of a better name we'll call it the 'should have been tier' Basically we'll be able to decide some moves and abilities that lower tier pokemon Should be able to learn but can't, because Gamefreak is mentally challenged. One great example would be giving Flygon dragon dance.
This isn't "make the most broken pokemon" contest, we'd focus on lower-teir stuff. Anyone who wants to play in the tier can suggest their ideas for moves and/or abilities and the rest of us will vote on it. If they're approved, you can make a pokemon with any of the new moves for play in the tier.
Obviously you need pokegen to make this work, but thanks to the video Silver found, it's now available to everyone. I think this has the potential to be crazy fun, so let me know if it's something you guys are interested in. If it is, I'll create a board for it where we can begin proposing ideas. Also, please help me think of a better name.
