With your starter pokemon you may have 1 egg move of your choosing.

The sessions will only be on weekends unless you want to catch up with your pokemon. (Missed more than 4 sessions, you may only gain one level of your pokemon in thi additional session, not your character, ur pokemon.)

Sessions will typically start around 8-9 EST unless we aready have enough people for a session

Setting
Nento: 2020
Nento, a peaceful island located in the Pacific ocean. One of the most succesful regions in the world it is highly industrialized with skyscrapers and large cities. Thought many still go by the old ways of doing things. Some groups have brought fear to Nento, some want to keep peace in Nento. Why does one of these groups want to literally "Catch them All?" Is it for good? Is it for bad? Who knows?

Cities/Towns

Jemembo Town- A town in the center of a forest wher it is very isolated from every other town, they dont get many visitors but it is about 20 years behind other cities

Norsinbow City- A city of innovation, many great things were invented in Norsinbow City. Many geniuses are here an many prestigious schools

Monoray City- A city not too far away from Sapphire City, it also has snow but only in winter, They have many more people living in Monoray than in Sapphire so they can enjoy al 4 seasons.

Red Town- The most southern city in Nento, many of the people are very tan or sunburn as everybody knows each other and are friends who also welcome outsiders.

Zephyr City- The most popular city in Nento, on the opposite coast of shore city (Zephyr being west) They dont attract as many young people they have many museums and have many historical objects that the people of monoliphic town beileve shoul be theirs. It also has Nento's space station

Youngstone City- With it being called Youngtown many people their are old, a very "old" populated city with the old peoplefilled with racism and still believe in segregation.

Shore City- A modern beach city, many young people, drunk people, and a lot of partying, it's very rich with it having some of the most valuable item in Nento

Sapphire City- For a city is is very quiet. the most northern city with snow all year round with many visitors for winter activities

Monoliphic Town- The Oldest town in all of Nento! It is said to be their since Nento began. They have hieroglphys of an ancient langauge. Many secrets held here. In the NE around a mountain range

Vincent Town- A quiet quaint town which has the pokeon lab of nento. near the middle of Nento. Many trees in it's area with grass and may pokemon around it's borders.

Gyms:

Monoliphic Town: Psychic
Leader:Ichigo- In his late 30's. Ichig is very calm and never seems to get annoyed or mad, not many people beat him but when he loses he will be surprsed

Sapphire City: Ice
Leader: Zoey- in her teens. Zoey is very young for a gym lader and is both a sore winner and loser

Shore City: Water
Leader: Alicia- In her 20's. Alicia is very young, good looking, and is very energetic and easy going, she has a love for the ocean

Zephyr City: Electric
Leader: Dwayne- In his early 30's. Dwayne is a surfer but has love for electric pokemon, hates to lose only when he doesnt think the winner is worthy enough ofhis badge

Monoray City: Fighting
Leader: Andy- In his late teens, Andy loves to get attention and will often crus boulders to get attention from others

Red Town: Fire
Leader: Elaine- Around her late 20's, Elaine is very nice and not even losing bothers her that much

Jemembo Town: Bug
Leader: Bruno- Around 40 years old, he's very hot-headed but he cant back up his talk

Youngstone City: Steel
Leader: Vance- an old man, around his 70's who's ben running the gym for over 50 years

Nento News
What a week it’s been. Team Steam who has been peaceful with the Nento region has suddenly declared war on Nento and possibly the world, the Nento police force had sent a squad of S.W.A.T to the Steam base in the desert, along with three young trainers, Silver Strife, Matt Stevens, and Nazor Hamilton who have claimed to be attack by Team Steam. Their base has been destroyed but all of the S.W.A.T sent has been killed but Silver, Matt, and Nazor made it out alive and well. More on the 3 trainers’ story in section AC

Historic Treasure in Historic Town?
The mayor of Monoliphic Town has stumbled upon an abandoned mine in which they have found a room with crystal shards, almost like somebody blew up a giant one, they also found remains of other precious jewels but they have been mined out. Nobody has been reported mining there and the equipment was even left there as if the person(s) left immediately, a group of detectives are headed out there to check it out. We’ll give you updates as they come!

Who are these Trainers?
Silver Strife, from Vincent Town he left home on a pokemon journey, he has a promising career ahead of him and he seems like a normal trainer. Matt Stevens, he is from Shore City. He was the trainer with them who had given the police a USB with protected files about Team Steam and it’s plans, he is studying medicine and also is out on a journey. What they didn’t know was what was on that USB. Nazor Hamilton, he is from America and is visiting Nento with his aunt from Monoliphic Town. He also being a trainer is just out on a journey, nothing out of the ordinary. We have been told there are also three other trainers that Team Steam are after. Kirara Fukashi, who nobody has heard of for quite some time now. Parker Peterson who we assume is hiding out and also haven’t heard from in a while, we are hoping for the best that the both of them haven’t been captured by Team Steam. Billy Lee who you probably may have heard about who made the scene at the museum in Shore City, he is in prison and he soon should be released. What the police found on that USB is extraordinary, documents, hundreds of pages long about their history, what kind of pokemon they caught and how many. Along with why they are after these trainers. Unfortunately they would not share this information with us. If you spot any of these trainers keep on the lookout, because Team Steam may be just around the corner. These boys have done many favor to Nento in the past, like recently they got rid of the ghost that has been haunting the girls private school in Norsinbow City and have received a scholarship to the most prestigious trainers school in all of Nento! So if you are enrolled in the school be prepared because they might just be there with you.



Gym News
Sapphire City- Zoey has only given out 4 badges this week, and had some impressive wins when the odds were against her. She has been spotted training her new pokemon which appears to be a Cloyster. This pokemon will most likely be used when her opponent uses fire types!
Jemembo Town- Bruno hasn’t been seen leaving the gym at all this week as he has been intensely training his new pokemon, scizor. His new pokemon looks very powerful and he has only given out 2 badges this week to the lucky winners.
Monoliphic Town- Ichigo, as always never gives out more than 5 badges a week as he only gave out 3 this week and it seems his pokemon get stronger and stronger through his meditation, maybe trainers should meditate with their pokemon more often.
Shore City- Alicia has been spotted all over Shore City this week, she has been training her new water pokemon, gyarados who has taken quite a liking to her, she has recently won a swim suit contest and has donated all the winnings to charity. She has only given out 2 badges this week
Zephyr City- Dwayne looks to surf as he has been seen surfing with his favorite pokemon, electivire. Hasn’t been spotting training and nobody has walked out of that gym with a badge this week! Mighty impressive Dwayne!
Monoray City- Andy, Nento’s favorite muscle head, Andy has been training not only his pokemon, but himself. He is known to crush boulders when he isn’t getting attention but he has also caught a new pokemon, a heracross who is proven to be a strong ally to him, he has only given out 3 badges this week.
Youngstone City- Vance, the man who has been the gym leader of the Youngstone gym for over 50 years hasn’t been training as he already has reached his pokemon to a high enough level where he only loses to those strong, only giving out 2 badges this week he proves once again, a powerful gym leader.
Red Town- Elaine, the most level headed gym leader has been on fire this week with wins that she never lost more than one pokemon, she hasn’t given out a single badge and it’s all thanks to her new pokemon, Infernape.

ATTENTION TO ALL THOSE PARTICIPATING IN THE NENTO LEAGUE.
The Nento league tournament will begin in 6 months from now, so if you still need 8 badges, you need to get them and register before time runs out!

Champion Brandon’s challenges of the week
Seeing that only people who have beaten the Nento league can have a chance of battling the Elite Four then the champion, he has been challenged by Vick Hunning, age 34, from Red Town, a man who won the Nento league long ago and beat the Nento Elite Four back in 2017, he finds himself ready to win. But sadly for Vick he had lost 3-0. He used his team consisting of, Empoleon, Dugtrio, Primeape, Charizard, Bronzong, and Alakazam. Champion Brandon used Gengar, Tauros, Hitmonchan, Blastoise, Gliscor, and Latias. Another challenge had come before him, Brian Vinting, age 42, from Norsinbow City, he had won the Nento League when he was only 14 and the Elite four when he was 18 he had studied more about his pokemon and battling before he battled Brandon, although he lost 2-0, he put up a battle that even Brandon thought he might lose. Brian used Swampert, Mightyena, Luxray, Dragonite, Venasaur, and Rapidash. Brandon used Shedinja, Lanturn, Arcanine, Gyarados, Raichu, and Serperior. That is all for Brandon’s challenges for the week. Make sure to watch them on TV next time!

Nento News

Status on Team Steam
Team Steam, ever since declared war on Nento it seems to be that it is a losing battle for them. But in recent news, Noah Brushwa was assassinated while giving the State of Nento speech in Shore City. He was assassinated by a member of the assassin group “Faceless” who we believe was paid to do so by Team Steam. With many people mourning the death of our president, we fear that Team Steam will take advantage of our weaken state; we shall not let that happen. It is a time of war and our emotions shall not make us lose. Vice President Thomas Carles will take his place. Other recent attack by Team Steam they attacked the Trainers School in Norsinbow City. They were looking for the three trainers, Silver, Matt, and Nazor. They confirmed they were there but on the day they attacked, Nazor was nowhere to be seen. Matt and silver were able to ward off Team Steam but they were both shot. Silver was shot in his left arm and his upper chest; he is expected to be Ok. Matt was shot in the foot trying to stop a fleeing commander of Team Steam. More of this story in the next section

School Attack
Team Steam launched an attack on the Trainer School. They came in through the roof, exploding it and ended up killing 21 and injuring 10. Luckily Matt and Silver were both there to help beat Team Steam and there attack. After making a plan, Matt went back to the school disguised, and Silver who took on the guards and a commander, in the woods so Matt could take on the other commander more easily. These commanders they both fought didn’t have normal pokemon. They had legends, the one Silver fought had the three Regi’s and Matts had a Darkrai. Silver lost but was able to prevent them from killing him until he got help, that is when he was shot both times, he is expected to make a full recovery, Matt who was shot in the foot trying to stop the fleeing commander is also expected to make a full recovery. Team Steam was also after Nazor, but Nazor to this day is nowhere to be seen. What kind of pokemon does Team Steam really have? What will happen if these three boys get caught or killed? Would it mean the end? Who knows but Nento is in good hands.

The Assassinated President
It is sorry to say but our president was assassinated. During his State of Nento address, a “Faceless” member was in the crowd, stopped before it was too late, there was another member who was able to hit our president in the cheek. With no known cure to the Faceless’s poison. He had only an hour before he lived, in that time he was surrounded by friends and family. Who were and are mourning the loss of him. As Nento took a huge hit. We believe the Team Steam is responsible in hiring the assassins. Both assassins have been captured by authorities and are being held hostage. The presidents funeral will be held on Tuesday, May 22nd, it is a public funeral which will be held at Youngstone City, where he was born.
Gym News
Sapphire City- Zoey has only given out 5 badges this week, and had some impressive wins when the odds were against her. She hasn’t been seen out of the gym all week
Jemembo Town- Bruno has been out of the gym a lot recently, he has given out 3 badges this week after his new pokemon, scizor has been winning battles for him.
Monoliphic Town- Ichigo, as always never gives out more than 5 badges a week, and this week has has given out none! He is always calm and always seems to win battles.
Shore City- Alicia has been going out into the water to do some training. She has been seen with a new Piplup she has. She has given out 5 badges this week.
Zephyr City- Dwayne has been training his pokemon buy surfing, he has pulled off some wins, one even forfeiting. He has given out 2 badges this week.
Monoray City- Andy has been in the gym training all week, he hasn’t been seen training outside of the gym at all this week, he has given out 5 badges this week.

Youngstone City- Vance, Nento’s old man has given out 7 badges this week as he polices Youngstone City out and about with his steelix, it is unkown if he has any new pokemon.
Red Town- Elaine has given out 5 badges this week as she just caught a new pokemon, eevee.

Champion Brandon has only gotten 2 challenges this week. His first one was against Ghast Sadder. He won the Nento league back and beat the elite four two years ago, but sadly he lost to Brandon 4-0, Ghast used Bronzong, Jellicent, Salamence, Meganium, and Rapidash. Brandon used Yanmega, Swampert, Blaziken, Simisage, Spiritomb, and Butterfree. His other challenger, Sandy Sawer, she won the Nento league last year and she just recently beat the Elite Four. She lost sadly 2-0. She used Absol, Samurott, Girafarig, Chandelure, Cacturn, and Swellow. Brandon used Arbok, Ditto, Dragonite, Venasuar, and Tauros. Make sure to see his challenges on TV next time!
