Let's see... without knowing the movesets or EV spreads, or how you plan on using this team, it's much harder to judge this team. if you could tell us this it would be easier to evaluate. Also, what items you have on them is useful as well. Oh and knowing the abilitys is important too.
Mild nature with starmie isn't bad, but I think Modest or Timid would be better. (-atk+spatk, and -atk+spd) The most useful ability Starmie gets is natural cure.
a Naive Dragonite can be good, but if your looking for a speed boosting nature I think Hasty would be better, or Jolly, or timid, but it all depends on the set you want with it.
Hardy nature doesn't benefit crobat at all, it doesn't do anything. Adamant or Jolly would probably be the ideal switch for it. Maybe timid or modest if for some reason you want a special attacking one.
Emboar just kinda sucks all around. It's stat spread is bad, although it's movepool is decent enough. If you want to stick with a fire starter/fire fighter, I'd switch to Infernape, or even non-speed boost blaziken, both of which completely outclass him.
Lucario is cool, but Lax nature doesn't help him at all. It's trading one defence for another. I'd say pick attack or special attack and go from there.
Weavile's nature is the same but in reverse. it's just as pointless for it. You'll want either something to boost it's attack, or speed. it's defences can't do anything for it.
With all this aside, it looks like your team has no walls, or tanks. I'd reccomend putting in something defencive to be able to check your opponant's sweepers, or atleast a wall breaker to be able to stop their walls from walling you.
This is about all the advice I can give you from the current information given. If you want more in depth advice, I advise you to post more of the details of the pokemon.
