LOL, it's not hacked.
I had my Smeargle use belly drum then baton pass to Magikarp.
Magikarp has a Focus Sash, so when something hits him, he'll go down to 1 hp.
Then flail will do 200 damage because of Magikarp's low HP, which is doubled to 400 because of belly drum.
AND THUS. MAGIKARP RAPES.

You can catch lvl 100 Magikarp at the Resort area in DPt.

u can catch a lvl 100 in the resort area i had a lvl 90 one though, it was the highest i seen.
