ah okay I just read in the rules that the forum is not a game on its own, yet I see a section where people are "buying" tm's? Maybe I'm just plain stupid and overread something but I'm kinda confused xD |

Oh that doesn't apply to 5th Gen at all. In 4th gen, TMs were limited use, as I'm sure you know. So we would 'Sell' TMs and other things for activity. (You get 2 Poke from posting) We would then trade the TM with a pokemon over to the person who ordered it.
