PLO LC Tournament

That's right, you read the title correctly. PLO will be hosting a Little Cup Tournament. For those of you new to Little Cup, the rules are the same, but they also have a few unique rules.

First and foremost, the only Pokemon you're allowed to use are the ones with an evolution line and they have to be the earliest evolution stage. Case in point, you can use Pichu but not Pikachu.

Second, the max level cap your Pokemon's allowed to be at is Level 5. It can be lower if you want, but not higher.

Third, you're allowed any to have any moves it can learn via-level up/TMs and HMs/Breeding/Tutoring.

Tournament Rules:
1) The three rules mentioned above
2) Standard PLO Rules and Clauses
3) No Ubers (Yes, there's an Ubers list for LC)
4) You MUST use the same team for each battle.
5) The hold item, Berry Juice, is banned.
6) The moves Sonic Boom and Dragon Rage are banned
