We are, for one of the spots; not all three. Sorry, I spaced that; but we need more gym leaders. We're cripplingly slow because we don't have enough gym leaders.

i think it should be a requirement that anyone who wants a spot needs to have a team ready to go. No point giving it to someone and then needing to wait a week for them to finish their team.
