Is there a Grass/Bug type pokemon? I'm spacin.
What I'm talkin about is say your water gym. Well your pokemon you always use can be Ludicolo which now links to grass. Thing is you have to have poke in team or your just your solid type for that battle. If your dragon and wanted ground as secondary type you could take Flygon or Garchomp. It opens up gyms some but still makes em Typed.

You didn't have to use a Grass/bug Pokemon to connect them, you could use both types. But yet, there is a grass/bug type pokemon. Paris and Parasect.

O Paras lol. And no then don't do dual type gyms cuz it is lame that way then. I like it my way cuz it opens gym, the types gavr a connection to each other in a pokemon.
You could even make it where the pokemon that links doesn't have to be used as long as there is a pokemon link.
I mean you could make it choose 2 types. Main type you have to have at least 4 of that type in team and for secondary 2 max. I'd also say if you did this no Charizard, Gyarados, Aerodactyl, Drapion, Sudowoodo etc junk they can just choose that type or do without.

What's the reason for not letting gym leaders challenge? I mean obviously they wouldn't be allowed to be E4, but I don't see any harm letting them challenge the other gym leaders.

I see no harm in them challenging other gym leaders.

I mean I was asking if we could be a gym and still challenge not to gain champ spot or anything just to do it all still. Site WILL be slow for awhile and that means less challengers and such. I like having battles for a purpose other then fun. I mean it would mean only 7 badges to earn unless you have a challenger who beat leader count for you to earn your badge. It'd be a bit confusing but not THAT confusing. It doesn't matter much I just won't be gym then.

the e4 r one type right if they r then the gym leaders should need to earn 7 badges the badges other then their own then they can challenge if they fail to beat say the 4th then they become the 3rd the 3rd becomes the 2nd the 2nd becomes the 1st and the 1st becomes a gymleader

E4's are a bit more flexable. While they are one type, they can also be other things like full Eevee team or weather team. Gene's idea makes more sense.

I meant the gym leaders challenging each other for badges.
