If you were a Champion that once was a Champion, but got defeated. You may access here. This is where the current Champion can battle past Champions. Think of it like Mt. Silver... There is currently no reward for doing so. But it may come in the near future...

Visitors are also welcome here, but may not challenge Champions. Unless it's not in this tower. Meaning, some other board besides this one.
