Since there's no suggestion board or whatever, I have some suggestions for PLO. Both of these are monthly/weekly events and I would prefer to host them.
1. The Eggcellent Eggchange
This is a monthly event where four (or eight...it all depends on factor such as availability of wi-fi and connection strength) participants bring a unhatched egg and trade with each other; and it goes like: First person trades with second person, third person trades with fourth person and then first person trades with third person and second person trades with fourth person. On a side-note; specific breedable Pokemon are banned just to make the event a little more worthwhile and fair. I.e, Pokemon like Pidgey and Rattata.
2. The Chain-Breeding Challenge
This weekly event is a challenge where up to ten participants are given a task. They are given a specific Pokemon ranging from level 20 to 50 with a nature, egg/TM move, or EV item for passing on EV values and in as little breeding moves as possible, must pass on the nature/egg or TM move/EV value(s) to a Pokemon not in the same egg group but related though a intermediate egg group. For example, you are given a male level 35 Shellder with a Impish nature and the TM move Facade and in as little breeding moves as possible, produce a female level 1 Aipom with a Impish nature and the TM move Facade. Bonus points if you make your breeding chain as short as possible.
