Ubers vs Legendaries (PLEASE READ)

Hey guys. I just wanted to clear something up really quick. There is a difference between a no Legendary clause and a no Ubers clause. I know it's really easy to get these two confused so I'm posting this to clear up the difference.

Ubers are a set of pokemon set aside by Smogon who are deemed too powerful for normal competitive play. I full list of Ubers can be found here:

Legendaries, are the rare pokemon in-game that have a story behind them and are only able to be encountered once. Legendaries include:
nearly all ubers with the exception of Wobbuffet and Garchomp
The birds from FR/LG
The dogs from HG/SS
Celebi
Latias
The Regis
Jirachi
Heatran
The pixies from D/P/Pt
Creselia
