As the title says, we now have a brand new header! All credit goes to Torrential with the idea of the banner, and made it himself. As a reward for his hard work I gave him 5 Karma and 500 "Poke".

but what I meant was that the background was kind of the same as the banner....

it would be cool if we could insert our own background I think you can if you use Firefox and have GreaseMonkey, but...it's probably pretty complicated if you don't know coding.  I KNOW!!! We could have a contest to see who could design the best P.L.O. background!!! I win. |

Haha thanks guys. It actually didn't take long at all. The hardest part was importing the animated flag, but in the end it turned out to be pretty simple. |
