As the title says.
I am proposing that this move should have a limit. What I mean by this is having it limited so only 1 Pokemon on your team can have it.

This is because you can at least hit your opponent still, and most likely more damage then the recovering can heal. Substitute, on the other hand, is much worse. Since you can recover your HP back by the time it is broken. From there it is re-used and repeated. This is only a huge threat, however, when more then 1 Pokemon has it. Since this makes it so hard to defeat. This means the attackers attacks become worthless. While at the same time the opponent has a walk in the park to sweep your entire team.

Yeah Pain split can be annoying, but there is no problem with it.

If we ban substitute then we open the floodgates to ban more moves. I vehemently oppose this proposal. I will type up reasons as to why soon, but I vote absolutely no.

Pain Split is different. You can at least still be damaged and killed when you use Pain Split (which has happened to me many times before). It's not like Substitute where you can block all hits and recover all your damage and repeat.

I voted to limit, it is a little bit of an unbalanced move. In black and white, they need to change it so you only attack when substitute is active.
