I gave up on this generation of games, and now I'm waiting for the next-gen consoles to be released. I figure that by the time I get a console from this generation, the next-gen consoles will already be out.
As for the DSi XL, don't get it if you already have a DS. It's a waste of money imo. They give it bigger screens, but no video support? What a waste. You can also compare the PSP Go with the PSP-3000 and find that the Go is not as practical as the 3000 series is. I suggest that you wait for the next-generation before you decide.
Edit: I wonder if we are even on this topic anymore ;D.

Yeah, I do already have a DSi, BUTTTT...
I'm worried because this damn screen flops around like crazy and if I don't sell it now and buy a DSi XL, it might break on me, and then I won't be able to sell it, leaving me effectively without a DS for a few months until I save the money.
Most people would just say be careful, but I'm the kind of person who likes to just throw my DS in my backpack and go wherever. I lose things a lot and I'm clumsy so yeah...
I once DESTROYED my laptop screen, so instead of buying a new won (the cost of fixing the damn screen was more than a new laptop), I hooked it up to a monitor and used that for like a year. Hehe.
EDIT: Do you guys think I should just sell my DSi and get an old DS Lite? I mean, the screens will be smaller, but hell, I'll be able to play GBA games again. I've been crying inside due to the fact that I can't buy a RSE game. I loved RSE. Should I just sell my DSi tomorrow, buy a DS Lite, then go to every GameStop in a 10 mile radius to find an old RSE?
