i believe this has been proven
for those who ask we dont know if this mean no eeveelutions or not(post game addition of more pokemon in d/p)

This is not valid information.
If they did not include some of the previous Pokemon in this game. The game would have a HUGE lack of Pokemon to use (especially Gym-Elite 4 wise). Not to mention the Pokedex would have too much space. It wouldn't even hit 200+ Pokemon.
