Small Unattended update

As some of you may have noticed, we now have a small new feature. This feature is the New Topics button. It can be found in-between the Home and Help buttons (I will customize this button to match our button layout soon). This feature will allow you to see the most recent topics on the forum. Which I honestly find to be a very helpful and interesting update. As stated before, this feature was not attended. Meaning, I no no way added this new feature in. It's apparently something the Proboards staff decided to add in with the most frequent Proboards update.
