Here's how it is:
All Kangkaskan eggs contain two embryos. One becomes dominant and one submissive. The dominant embryo grows rapidly while the submissive does not. When the egg hatches both fetuses are born simultaneously with the submissive Kangkaskan becoming a dwarf incapable of surviving on it's own. So it's not really a baby, it's a gross little parasite.

I was always under the impression it was a Cubone. Finaly someone thinks the sameway i do! I thought a Cubone was a Baby Kangaskhan that mutated by growing a bone mask! |

How can you grow a bone mask? I thought it just stole it somewhere. Then as it evolved, it was so used to having it on it that Cubone's facial skin fused with the bone.
