This is a space for those of us playing PTA to post our character bios and the logs from our sessions. I'll also post the back story here once James is ready. If you're not playing and would like to, get a hold of one of us and we'll try to work you in.

Story Info:
Takes place in Kanto, more than 10 years after Red's adventure.

Name: Malcolm (Mal) Strife
Age: 24

Appearance: 5'7", 140lbs. Malcolm has an average build. Thin, but athletic. He has short black hair that is usually kept neat, and sea green eyes that sometimes look more blue or gray depending on his mood. He dresses casually, usually in jeans and a t-shirt (most likely black with a design or picture). (yes this is essentially just me)

Back Story: Mal was born in Ecruteak City and lived there his entire life. It became obvious shortly after his birth that Mal was gifted. His mental powers bordered on precognitive. In elementary school he was tested and discovered to be a psychic, however his parents decided to keep him in public school in the hopes of giving him a normal childhood. For the most part it worked. Mal grew up, excelling in school. He was generally well liked, but never had many close friends. Even now he has a general distrust of people that often causes him to withdraw into himself. He can also be manipulative and selfish if he's not careful. After high school, Mal attended university in Saffron City. There he continued to develop his psychic abilities as an understudy in Sabrina's gym. After he graduated, Mal decided to stay in Saffron. His parents gave him an Eevee as a graduation present. He named it Whisper and the two became fast friends. Mal trust Whisper more than any human, as Whisper is often Mal's sole confident. Mal has always been fascinated with the mysteries of the universe. He'll often leave the city on camping trips to star gaze and think. Recently he has taken a excursion to Pallet Town.

A note to everybody that is playing:

THE STORY STARTS IN PALLET TOWN.

I dont care where you character comes from as long as you come up with a reason to why your character is in pallet town, also this takes places about 10-20 years after Red so things in Kanto have changed ALOT.

Appearance:
5'10", about 135 lbs, Sean is a bit skinny. Due to his intence research for the past 6 years,
he has developed rather pale skin, which with his white hair makes him seem almost ghostly.
He always dresses casually, in jeans or slacks with a basic tee shirt, either plain or with an odd graphic on it.
His hair is about sholder legnth and it rarely is neat, but is also rarly horribly messy.
His hazel eyes seem to change from brown to green and back again, and tend to be bloodshot due to long hours at the labs.


Backstory:

Sean was always facinated with how a pokeball works, so as soon as he could, (age 10)
He set out on his jouney from Slateport to Rustburo where he studied at the
Devon Corp for 3 years. After which he was transfered to the Silph Co in Kanto.
He continued his research on pokemon related technology for 2 years. From there
he was transfered to Pallet Town, to study under Proffesor Oak, one of the founders
of Pokeballs, and most pokemon related technology. One year later.... *insert start here*
He has a habbit of being compleatly absorbed in whatever issue hes trying to resolve and compleatly lose track of time
and spaces out often. He took up the habbit of talking to himself because he has few people he considers a true friend.
He obtained his first pokemon as a gift from Proffessor Oak for helping him with his research. Professor Oak got the eevee from Gary, his Grandson
He obtained an Eevee and immediatly called it Sparky due to its energy. It has a tendency to reflect Sean's feelings
and personality.

Are you sure added up your stat points correctly? You should only have 67 at level 3 and you have 73. Everything else looks great though. An interesting start to the character.

I did a minor edit to mine to explain why he's in Pallet.

Oh, whoops, thanks for pointing that out. Speaking of stats... did you overlook the part after the 64 to start?
"For level 0 trainer stats, distribute 64 stat points to whichever stats the player would like as long as eash stat has at least 6 points and no stat has more than 14 points."

And that seems to fix your story's hole.

Yeah I started with six in STR, but when I took the psychic class I got a -2 penalty leaving me with four. Since I put all three of my level point into INT, STR stayed at four.

so what then, are we starting with our first class?

Also, how much money do we start with..?

No, I met the requirements for psychic when I would have gone to level one, so instead of taking a feature I took the psychic class. That's when my STR dropped below 6. At level two I took "I can take a hit" and at level three I took "phasing"

Money and starting inventory are up to James.
