Wanna Battle With Pope?

To prepare for my challenges ahead, if you want to battle, just send me your friend code to my inbox, and be sure you write mines down and enter it into your Pal Pad. I would prefer to battle Pokemon Trainers who DO NOT use any of the Uber Pokemon. Legendary Dogs and Bird Pokemon, and Regis of course are fine with me. I am usually available in the evenings since I am working during the day. Thank you and I look forward to a great battle.

Well that would be a honor to battle one of the elite four members NinjaDeathStrike (I know it won't be official until I gather the eight badges first, but still I think it's awesome of you). I just read the uber list after I posted that last night, duhhh on me, lol. I think it is awesome that you guys have your rules set up for battles with only regular Pokemon. I am so tired of bumping into trainers who have all legends on their team, I don't get excited about those types of battles, and I am sure guys could relate. Ninja I have your friend code, and take down mines, and of course my name in Pope on there, nothing different. Let me know when you have time, I am at work during the day, so usually during the evening and on weekends I am definitely up for a battle even though I am training my Pokemon alot. Is it hard to challenge the gym leaders? I read on another post Darkfire006 told the gym leaders are hardly on here.

Honestly, Gym leaders can be hit or miss. You're best bet is just to challenge them all now and wait for them to respond so you can set up a match time. You'll just have to be patient. Blaze, Shark, and Shadow are all pretty frequent. The others stop by from time to time...except Seyla. Mostly they haven't had any challengers lately.

I'm usually only able to battle on the weekends because of time differences, but if I'm home this weekend I'll try to linger on the site for a battle.

yeah same with me i'm not busy this weekend "thank god" i can battle tommorow Pope. i have the day off for election day but it would have to be at night since i'm busy during the day

What's going on Silver? I know I missed ya, I had to work today on election day and I had an election party to attend. I know it's late, but if you are free this week, definitely let me know. I am on here usually in the afternoons and the evenings after I come from the gym and work. I look forward to your battle as well. I am making my first challenge to Mike: The Dragon gym leader for the Draco Badge.

Mike's on and off, you might be better off challenging Shark or Blaze. They're probably the most active.

Thanks for the advice. I thought of that but I wanted to go in order. If Mike doesn't respond in a reasonable amount of time, then I would have no choice but to challenge another gym leader. I want to give Mike a chance to respond at least before taking on the other gym leaders. I like to challenge one at a time just for consistency purposes. Is the verdict out yet for the 3rd gym leader called Seyla?

I talked to Mike and he says challenge someone else.. Feel free to challenge me, or Shadow. Blaze is rebuilding his team do to an accedental wipe.

also- I'm open to free battle as well, so don't feel pressured into only gym battling me.

I will await to challenge Mike when he comes on. I am actually training because I can tell you're tough even before I attempt to challenge you Shark, i want to be prepare especially being a Psychic gym leader. I will issue a challenge to Shadow, and thanks for the feedback.
