Pokerus is cured at Midnight automatically. Not 24 hrs like everywhere keeps sayin. Also did you switch the power item when you switched EV's?

They are 2 normally so.
2 + Power Item = 6 then Poke Virus (double) = 12.
I'm starting to think I could of miscounted on accident.

Ok well your post said 16. If I miscount I just nuke stuff for the stats till she says done.
I find I am usually 1 or 2 kills off if I miscount.

Ok I finally got the Effort Ribbon. Apparently I did mis-count on accident.
Another question, once I get the effort ribbon. Does this mean I can level on anything I want now?

Yes you can. E4, Rare candy, Day care, Pokewalker whatevs.
Also you only really need to raise for moves and evo, seeing as battles online are auto 50 or 100.
