Hmm...sounds like it might be hacked. Like I said earlier, a normal umbreon is really hard to kill (wish, protect, awesome defenses), but can't do a whole lot of damage (without setting up). The only way to tell would be to look at it's stats.

Sure it's a pain to defeat, just like other pokemon(Dusknoir, Spiritomb, Blissey), but it is beatable.
