Umbreon. It has a stat total of 525, but I think it may be an Uber.
I have seen its defences, and with regularly effective moves, favorable to the stat preferences to my pokemon... I have been able to barely do more damage than leftovers recovers to one. It also can learn wish and moonlight. Take all these factors into account in this vote. Please do not include personal opinions of it. (even thought it DOES look rather cool)
ADD: this is NOT official, and NOT to ban it or anything. I just want to see the opinions of the people.

I say not even close. With pitiful attack and a recovery move that relies on weather and has low pp? No way. It's set up fodder for a lot of common pokemon. Umbreon is my favorite pokemon, but it's nowhere close to uber.

Pitifull attack? You mean earthquake? With my FullMetal attacking? It may not be atk EV'd but it sure as hell should do more than what it did.
ADD:Actually, no. I didn't get slaughtered by it. I was doing fine. he couldnt' do much to me either, but it was making good progress. And this IS NOT a way looking to ban it. It is meerly opinion.
Also I will not vote, for my opinion is shown.

No UMBREON has pitiful attack. Plus, it's a dark type, you're the psychic leader. Of course you're going to have problems dealing with it. Did you try Gallade? He should OHKO it if you ev'd in Attack. Just because a pokemon is a problem for your team it dosen't mean it's Uber. If you can't deal with Umbreon how do you get around Blissey, Snorlax, or Suicune?
EDIT: Here are just some of the pokemon in OU who can destroy Umbreon: Scizor Breloom Tyranitar Salamence Machamp Lucario Electivire Gliscor (not all sets) Gyarados Heracross Infenape Jirachi (some sets) Kingdra (dragon dance) Ninjask Weavile (SD set)
conclusion: NOT UBER

I would also like to add to the fact that even a few walls are able to take down Umbreon.
Blissey - With Natural Cure, if Blissey uses Toxic, even with Umbreon's ability, Blissey can always recover from the Toxic while Umbreon can not. Plus, Softboiled is a faster recovery compared to Wish and Moonlight is affected by weather.
Bronzong - Immune to Toxic and Thunder Wave does not really affect Bronzong that much and not to mention the fact that with Bronzong's defense, Umbreon can't even scratch it.
Probopass- Same as Bronzong except with resistance to Dark Type.
Furthermore, anything with Taunt basically destroys Umbreon since majority of its moves are non-attacking moves. Encore isn't as effective but still has pretty much the same effect if you get Umbreon stuck on Substitute.

I dunno if you are aware, but I did use a bronzong against it. And it DID scratch the defence. Only thing that kept it alive was me spamming confuse ray on it... And it IS defence EV'd

Then you must have been facing a Curse Umbreon. Still should have used Toxic instead of Confuse Ray since Bronzong is supposed to wall and with Toxic, it does a better job than with Confuse Ray.

Yes, I was, but the first hit was still bad.
Anyway.. I would like to let you know that I will use MY moveset on MY pokemon, using the stratagys I set up.
ADD: And no, I am not just complaining about a dark pokemon being used against me. I took down Neutral's Spiritomb, a Drapion, and a few other dark types before. Also, said battle was voided before he sent out the umbreon, we just decided to finish it anyway, so its not like I am witholding a badge or complaining about a loss.

should have used Toxic instead of Confuse Ray It has heal bell. I support that this pokemon is too strong.

Seriously guys. Blissey, Snoralx, Suicune, Cresselia, Uxie, Bornzong, Celibi, Ducknoir, Jirachi, Tyranitar. All of these pokemon have equivalent or stronger defenses than Umbreon, most of them have the potential to be serious damaging too. If you can't deal with Umbreon, how can you deal with these. Anyway.. I would like to let you know that I will use MY moveset on MY pokemon, using the stratagys I set up. If your going to use your movesets, than I don't think you can complain when someone uses a pokemon that exploits that movesets weakness. As M said, a simple taunt or toxic on anyone of your pokemon would have solved the problem.

It is exploiting a weak point on my pokemon, yes, but as Neutral points out it can learn heal bell, rendering toxic useless, and personally, I appreciate having ATTACKS on my pokemon, so far you want me to have toxic, AND taunt on enough of my pokemon to counter ONE stratagy. This is not reasonable for a gym leader, to have pokemon to take down spacific stratagys.
We must have a generally powerful team to take down the vast majority, therefore the more creative stratagys can shine through and get the badge. The issue I have is the lack of damage I can deal to it. I was using earthquake on it, for gyro ball wouldnt' do anything because it used curse so much it was slower than me.... but even before earthquake did more. Honestly, I think it would have been easier to kill a max defence steelix with physical moves than this....

Not a lot of people put Heal Bell on Umbreon however as people don't use it to be a cleric. Suitable cleric types would be Pokemons like Blissey and Miltank, not Umbreon.
And you don't need both Toxic or Taunt, just one or the other. Both can help take down tanks in their own way.
And Taunt doesn't just stop Umbreon, it stops a wide range of other walls/set-ups. Toxic on the other hand is meant to be used on walls or to be used by a wall.
