i think neutral is right since theres players of varried experience and saying * i hate * * or please ban* only becouse it sweeps you is not really fair IMo neither garchomp or mence should be uber i just dont think there that hard to counter but its only my opinion and im not asking for them to avoid the ban list but anwaya yeah a quick easy one to put in is kyogre scarf + rain + stab + waterspout = UBER you cant deny my maths ladies and gentelmen

Is this for a ban list? If so there are several options I'd be ok with:
1) Leave the ban list alone. Acreus, Darkrai, and Wobbuffet are obviously broken. Let everything else up to gym leaders in their gym rules.
2) Ban everything that's considered uber on Smogon. This is quick and easy and they've tested each of them.
3) Ban everything with above 600bst. These would be things like Mewtwo, Rayquaza, and Palkia. All of the big legedaries. The lesser legends would remain playable (Moltress, Suicune, Heatran, etc.), as well as all of the 600bst pokes (Garchomp, Salamence, Jirachi).
My personal vote would be for number 3. If we find something to be causing too many problems, we can vote to ban it later, but I think this will avoid the problem that Nuetral brought up in which people vote to ban pokemon just because their team has a problem with them. PLEASE remember: Just because a pokemon is hard to beat doesn't mean it's uber. The only exception to the 600bst rule would be the Lati@s, who I think are too strong for OU play.

NDS's suggestion has been taken into account. Uber list is now updated.

We need to decide what to do with Manaphy, Mew, and Shaymin-S. They all have exactly 600bst, but are generally considered Uber. What do you guys think?

Just on a note of NDS number 2, we made this because we don't want to use smogon...

i say only face legends should be uber (there will be some exceptions in 4th gen because of all the extras..) but no imposibles(my name for the pokemon curently shown on top of serebii....because they have to be gotten from events and arent as good as ones like deoxus...

@nds The thing about Mew is that it has access to all possible TM moves. This creates so many useful situations for it where it could be a lead, a baton passer, inflict any type of status on things, and most of all, has the ability to transform. It's stats allows it to be any one of those possible builds.
I do agree that Manaphy and Shaymin-S will have to be discussed so I'm taking those two off the list for now.

I would personally have to disagree with Manaphy. I trained and to tell you the truth, it really wasn't all that powerful. It doesn't learn that many good moves. Same thing with Phione.

Ok first: lol Phione. I forgot that thing existed. I don't think we need to debate that one.
Mew: Agreed. Too diverse, should be uber even though I love it.
Manaphy: If any of these three deserve to be left off the ban list it's Manaphy. While it can reek havoc under Kytorge's permanent rain, it's not nearly as threatening without it. It's still really good (just like Celebi and Jirachi), but I don't think it's uber.
Shaymin-S: Can you even use this on wi-fi? I don't really know how it works. Anyhow this one is borderline. Shymin's awesome speed make it a hell of a subseeder. I used it briefly while it was OU on somgon and I would probably vote to keep it banned, although it might be worth testing for awhile and then voting on.

Then it looks like it's just Manaphy. Do you guys think we should do a test run like we did with Stealth Rock, just call for a vote, or just make a decision right now?
