Well first off It's the trio master of The Regis. Second Its a Legendary pokemon. Third It's a very powerful pokemon. Allthough it's slow start is a nuisance.

First, don't double or even triple post in a row. Use the edit button. It's there for a reason.
Second, the Pokemons on the Uber List are not because they're legendaries but because their stats/abilities throw the balance of the game off.
Regigigas may have good stats, but sitting in for 5 full turns will already have caused it to go down or be in serious low health for it to even do anything worthwhile.
Mew has been discussed and a majority of the community saw no need for it to be in Ubers.
Until Keledo, Genosect and Melotta have been released and fully tested out, they are still unknown factors so will not be up until further notice is given.

Also thoroughly considered, having the same stats as Mew, but having a (generally) smaller move pool than new, so they should be fine as well.
Just remember that you can add ledgendary clause to free battles if you don't enjoy facing them.

Ok so I was thinking of banning any fire types with the abilty Water absorb. I know they're ways of doing that. Like blazikins speed boost.

Thankfully, no such thing exists so we don't have to worry about that. And if someone was doing that, it'd be obvious. Blaziken's Speed Boost on the other hand is legit.
