Those are already Ubers on Smogon so nothing has really changed. No, it wasn't Smogon who decided it. It was Gamefreak themselves and fans common sense that decided Legendary Pokemon were over powered. Also, think outside the box. Don't let Smogon make every single decision. |

Well giving something an awesome movepool and nearly 100bst more than the average poke make it pretty overpowered. I think where we disagree with smogon is in their more recent decisions, not the banning of the obviously broken legendaries.
Right not the list looks pretty good. The questionables would be Manaphy and maybe the Lati@s, although I don't think too many people will use Manaphy or miss the Lati@s with Garchomp and Salamence being legal.

Wait what? Why is Palkia banned? I mean it learns crappy moves and only has 1 evolution! o.o
With that aside- anyone consider using the official rules for this stuff? I mean, its not like NINTENDO did any tournaments at all or anything...

Nintendo's tiers are even more ef'd than Smogons. I don't think we want to use theirs. Wobbuffet and Latios are fine while Celebi and Shaymin are banned. As far as I know, some of the nintendo tournaments even allow Kyorge, Rayquaza, and the like, though they're clearly overpowered.
Also, Palkia doesn't evolve and has one of the best moves pools in ubers...I don't know what your talking about.
