I would say all of the ones you listed and Shaymin-S (127 base speed and an 80% chance of lowering sp. def two stages makes it a nightmare).
Doexys and Kyurem we should probably vote on.

@ninja - I understand, and I actually agree with most of your points too. What I get upset if you ask for ideas, comment on them with more of a understanding and sensibility, not what won't work, so forget about it attitude. As far as how I come at individuals with their ideas and suggestions, I usually agree with most suggestions, I will ask for clarity sometimes and go from there. However, if I feel I am being attacked, then I will defend my position on why I feel this way. From your past posts, you can come off as condescending and a bit arrogant when someone disagrees with you Ninja. I understand what the basis of a disagreement or supporting evidence to one's argument or discussion is as I have done the same thing online and offline. This isn't a classroom or a Communication 101 course. What I am not use to is someone who muscles their ideas over everyone else. I have a right to speak my mind as anyone else on PLO. Just because I don't agree with someone doesn't mean I think their idea is uninformed or ignorant, but I do have my own mindset to say I agree or disagree. That's how laws are created and amended you know? If everyone agreed to everything, this world would be similar to a dictatorship or robotic world, which I feel sometimes you conduct as such. You are cool most times, but you have those days it's like, this is how it will go period attitude, no questions asked. So I guess we both can improve on how our communication with others Ninja. Now if you think you are always right then there's your problem.
If you have read or even noticed my past posts communicating with others, you would have read I have agreed on many ideas from others and spoke about them with no problem. Most times, I don't post or comment on anything that I feel isn't worth commenting on. Please point out how I come off as speaking to others like their ideas are uniformed and/or ignorant. You might be the one of the Admins of PLO and Champion, but I will defend my points against you as well as you made clear you will against me. No one person is always right. This isn't a court case via your evidence theory, it's a league. You have lacked the sensibility you once had when I joined this site last year. Your attitude has changed and not for the better. I don't care who you have talked to about me, or how you feel about me but address me with respect as I have done with so many times before up until this point. The whole "don't talk down to you" comment really struck a nerve because I never came at you like that in the past, so that had to come from somewhere, and not just what I stated alone a past post.
No need to apologize for being who you are and making comments, no need to pacify me either. As I said before calmly, we will agree to disagree. If you want to keep going with this to prove your Alpha male dominance on PLO, then we can continue this my friend. Just know that your mannerisms aren't exactly so noble and so respectful as of late yourself before you try to talk about how I come at others. I am not your student, so do not address me as such. It seem this issue has evolved to how I address others, which is interesting since this is the first time I am hearing this from you. If you have a problem with me, address it as such before having a debate with someone, because now it seems to be more personal, not really concerning the direction of PLO anymore. We can PM each other instead of posting because this isn't pertaining to the topic anymore.
II.) Appreciate the synopsis of the league's current progress. Sounds good.
III.) If anyone has a issue with me and how I addressed them in the past, please PM me about the situation. Be warned, I will speak back on the matter.

I'll take this opportunity to address everyone here, and explain why we are doing this. I attempted to do it in the opening post, but maybe I should go a little more in-depth.
Besides our small numbers, the main reason we are splitting the league is to provide everyone an opportunity to play in a fashion that they enjoy. This came to pass because over the last few weeks, there have been several heated discussions about tiering, what should be uber, and where legends should be allowed or not. These discussions haven't devolved into arguments, but it was clear there was a fracture forming in the community. During one of these discussions, Neutral suggested making different 'cups' for different kinds of battles. At the time, I disagreed with this, thinking we could find a ban list that would work for everyone. As most of you know, I play seriously. I look at the competitive aspect as the main aspect of the game, factoring in percentages, stats, and many other factors to form my opinion of what is broken and what is not. For me, this is enjoyable. I like pouring over stats, discussing hypothetical values, and planning teams and strategies with a given number of variables. For me (speaking for no one else) this is how I have fun with the game, which is the whole point of playing. I thought this is what is at the heart of competitive pokemon. However as I gave it more thought, I realized that what I wanted may not be what everyone else wanted. So I talked to Neutral about what we could do to find a compromise where everyone here could have a chance to play in a style that they wanted to. Whether it be hardcore competitive or casually. After a good deal of talking, I suggested the idea of splitting the league to offer an environment for those who wanted to play competitively and those that didn't, something for everyone.
With that in mind, I made this post with the original idea of having two different ban-lists and a small number of leaders. I did this because I wanted to listen and give everyone a chance to play to their own style, not because I'm trying to control everything and bully people into doing things my way. From there, the idea has evolved into what we have now. I would like to think that I've listened to and dealt reasonably with every suggestion that has been made here. Incorporating good ideas, tweaking others, and yes, sometimes rejecting them. As an admin, and as the leader of this overhaul project, that is part of my responsibility. I do the same thing in the RPG. I always try to explain my reasoning. However, I'm not one to sugarcoat things, especially when it comes to getting down to business and hammering things out. Things aren't working and they need to be fixed. If that means I have to step on some toes, I'll do it, because someone has to. You guys are mature enough that I shouldn't have to make you feel better if I disagree.
I'm man enough to own up to what I'm responsible for. Trying to force my preferred play-style on everyone here was arrogant and wrong. I realized that and thankfully am in the position to do something about it. I feel like I have always tried to deal with people fairly and used my power for the better of the site. I'm not perfect, and I'm not saying I've never made a mistake, but I'm trying to get this site working and I want your help. All of you. Through our combined efforts I feel like we're getting close to something that could really change things up.
If any of you have problems with the way I lead, feel free to PM me about it, or hell, just go over my head and complain to right to Neut. Do what you need to do. I'm going to keep trying to find a way to improve the site. If the majority of you fee like what I'm doing is detrimental, I will gladly set aside my Admin position and let someone else run things.
On the topic of business, I'll be opening polls so that you can vote on whether or not Shaymin-S, Kyurem, and the Deoxys forms should be added to the 'big legends' list we've come to agree on.

I think we're making progress. Once those polls are down we can vote on the name of the prize: Symbol Belt Plaque Cup Let's brainstorm here and now though, so we get as many options as possible for when the voting comes around.
Any objections?
(EDIT: Removed Off topic.)

Yeah the prize poll is up. Anything else we need to do other than decide how many leaders we're going to have at the outset?
